As a therapist, I adopt a person-centered and strengths-based lens. This means that I focus on meeting my clients as unique individuals, each with their own story to tell. I approach therapy with a collaborative attitude, treating clients as equal partners in the process and helping them to understand their needs better and connect with their best selves. In session, I prioritize warmth, humor, and authenticity.
I utilize an integrative, trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming, and LGBTQ+ affirming approach to help my clients tell their stories. When we better understand ourselves and the context surrounding us, we're able to address difficulties that have left us feeling stuck. This helps us live more meaningful and fulfilling lives. My therapeutic approach also includes elements of mindfulness, attachment, and somatic based techniques.
I welcome a diverse range of individuals aged 16 and up, along with couples. I am able to accept virtual clients located in MD, PA, and VA, along with in person clients in MD. I also enjoy providing consultation for experienced clinicians navigating challenging cases and offer reduced rates for LGPC supervision.
When I'm not working or spending time with friends and family, I enjoy traveling, reading, strength training, and going to concerts.
